Welcome to Gloucestershire! Invest in Gloucestershire and Dept. of Business and Trade host Canadian cyber delegation 

The inward investment team hosted cyber business leaders from Canada to showcase Gloucestershire's incredible cyber assets. 

The visit included a tour of Hub8, The Forum, Gloucestershire College and Clockwise as well as talks from CyNam, NCSC and the University of Gloucestershire.

The visit concluded with a networking evening at The Nook restaurant, where David Owen, CEO of GFirst LEP, set the scene and highlighted the powerful cyber ecosystem in Cheltenham.

The delegation also heard from Ian George and Ali Mawle, Co-CEOs of Cheltenham Festivals, who talked about the significant cultural contribution Cheltenham has made and continues to make locally, nationally and internationally.

The visit established potential partnerships and we look forward to working with our friends in Canada in the future.
